We hear rumours of a Raffle on December 3rd, so we suspect the Xaverians are organisers. The proceeds are to help to provide a Christmas party for the soldiers. All contributions will be gratefully received by Miss Hughes, who is devoting herself so zealously to work at the Canteen, assisted by Danielle Chappon and other members of the Staff."
